Jeeve Solutions | Collection Statement (General purpose)

To assist us in effectively supporting your practice management and otherwise conducting our business functions and activities, we need to collect personal information about:

  • you
  • your Clinicians (if you are a medical practice)
  • the Medical Practice you rent a room from (if you are a Clinician), and
  • your Patients.

By providing personal information, you agree that it will be used and disclosed by Jeeve Solutions Pty Ltd ABN 52 631 792 795 (Jeeve, we, us or our) in accordance with this statement and our Privacy Policy, available at https://www.jeeve.com.au/privacy/   

As set out in our Privacy Policy, we hold and handle sensitive information, including health information about Patients. If you provide information including personal information about other individuals (such as Patients or Clinicians) to us, you acknowledge that you have procured the necessary consents from, and provided relevant notifications to, such individuals, to enable us to collect, use and disclose such information for the purposes specified in this statement and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not provide yours and other individuals’ personal information to us, and we may not be able to communicate with you or provide certain products or services to you. 

We may disclose your personal information to third parties who provide products and services to us or through us in the ordinary operation, administration or promotion of our business and otherwise in accordance with our Privacy Policy. From time to time, such third parties may be located in countries (and therefore your personal information may be disclosed) outside of Australia.

If you are a Medical Practice or Clinician, including Medical Practices or Clinicians who may not be current Jeeve customers, we may use and disclose your personal information for direct marketing purposes, unless you opt out (which you can do at any time in accordance with our Privacy Policy).

Our Privacy Policy contains information about how you may access and seek correction of your personal information, how you may complain about a breach of your privacy, and how we will deal with that complaint.

Third party account connection

If you chose to connect a third party service such as your practice management software and/or your accounting software, you authorise us to have access to the information contained within your account of those third party services. This may include but is not limited to, information about your practice including Patient and Clinician information and your banking data and statements. We may use and disclose such information for the purposes described in our Privacy Policy. However, the main purpose for which we access such information is to match the transactional and account data held in your third party service account against the records held in your practice management system for reconciliation, fraud detection and to ensure it is correctly receipted in your practice management system. If you wish to remove Jeeve’s access to your accounts with such third party services, you can do so at any time by contacting us at support@jeeve.com.au, however you acknowledge that this will limit some of the services we can provide you
